Doesn’t autoplay By Soli yoga Even though I have “Autoplay Next Episode” selected in the app settings, it will not do so if the app is in PiP mode. Every other streaming app will except this one. Really annoying. |

Decent New movies aren't all the time. Probably better than most services I would say. Customer service is almost extinct. Think again before proceedings. Needs to be discounted promos for already good paying customers. Thanks. Overall glitchy at times. Updates on tv/phone are smooth and gets better over time. Does not need updating often as others do. |

Ads even with premium By biggest 0oph Paying for premium, still getting ads before shows and movies. I know HBO tries to classify them as something other than ads, but the reality is that they’re ads. They’re advertising for other programs. I pay so I don’t have to be interrupted with ads. This is worth unsubscribing for. |

Slow By Agreene07 My phone is up to date and so is the app. When I go to open the app it takes forever to load and 80% of the time It logs me out. I have to re-log in every other time I open the app. I have tried deleting the app and re-downloading it and still loads really slow and logs me out. It is not my service or WiFi, both connections are very good. |

Never ending of issues Always feels like once Max figures out a basic feature to add or fix (that most other providers had on launch) they somehow create some new issue. Never used max and felt satisfied with the ui, speed, etc. The only redeeming quality is their top tier catalog. If it wasn’t for that it would be an easy cancellation. |
