I had to return something and when I did it still haven’t been returned it says it is but it is still not back and it has been over a month and I still haven’t received my money back

I love ordering from here due to the convenience and the simplicity of the service provided. I don’t usually go to stores anymore because I can usually find a bargain here as long as I keep looking. I can always find my price point and what I’m looking for!

This is the third time they failed the delivery. It appears that they are very inconsiderate of people live in the apartment. They just straight up return the package if they can’t access in the first place. It’s difficult to communicate with drivers. What makes it worse is that I can’t receive the update on time about the delivery. When I received the update, it’s too late for me to do anything. Terrible delivery service and completely negligence of apartment people which should be the main base of its customer. Very disappointed about Amazon. I will not delete this comment unless they seriously fix this issue.

Just updated the app hoping for that useless Rufus to disappear, and alas, it is still there. You add this absolutely useless button, yet can’t add proper and better filters to your algorithms, so that customers can find exactly what they typed easier and faster?
I must note that the Amazon Customer Service has worsened a lot in the last half a year or so. You used to have the BEST Customer Service and that’s how you attracted your customers. Now the agents doing little to nothing to solve the issue, especially during the chat since there’s little personal interaction. The agents are saying we’ll contact the seller for you regarding the refund (or other issue), then the seller writes it is Amazon who issues the refunds and that the refund has already been issued, which shows the agent is either incompetent or unwilling to resolve/help with the issue. When interacting via email, the agents seem to pay little to no attention to what is said or to the attachments included, as they reply to you requesting the same attachment or information that have already been provided - basically wasting time just copy/pasting the same “polite” useless wording. Amazon promises the Best prices available on the market and yet when you ask to adjust the price of an item (Prime) that has dropped from $160 to $98 bought within last 11 days, the agent cuts you out with the shortest/quickest “no, is there anything else we can help you with”. I will have to return the item, print the label (pay for printing) and then reorder that same item again at the lower price - what a waste of time, fuel and processing costs. I could continue with other examples but it is too long to write.

Since the most recent update, I can see one product on my screen at a time during my search. I can't find anyway to get it back to a grid. It is immensely frustrating. It also makes the sponsored items, which are usually not as good a match, take up so much more space. I hate it. I don't want full screen photos when I'm searching.

It is really awful and there is even no place to change service country. Amazon is just blocked on the page telling me to uograde to the newest version actually it is the newest，like a rubbish

Uninstall I did my order was tampered and two item was stolen or not included but was on sell but having know that happen make me think is it safe ordering in Amazon and it is! By killing small businesses and encouraging thievery

Please bring back the ability to message the shopper, sometimes the substations are horrible and I either have to make due or miss a main ingredient making the entire order fee pointless and wasting money on tips.
