Something’s different.

I don’t know if this changed with the recent update but before when I would upload pictures on invoices it would include as many pictures on each page as possible. Typically two but now it only uploads one picture per page no matter the size. This has turned my 12 page invoices into 20 - 25 page invoices. Is there any way to fix this to go back to the way it was before? I had no issues with the app before this. I updated the app before writing this review and that didn’t work.

Hey Leslie, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. You should be able to upload multiple photos on a single page with the Joist Photos feature. Having an outdated app can be one issue preventing this from happening, but we'd like to investigate it with you. Good, could be better

We use this app for our company daily. It is overall great, pretty user friendly on our end. I wish when we sent a contractor to a client, instead of having to click on the top/right corner to get a drop down to sign, it had an option within the document they just click on to sign, it would be way more intuitive for potential clients.
It does feel like they nickel and dime you. We pay for the pro and they come out with other features and we would have to pay more to become “elite” and access those features. Come on guys, have free and “pro”, enough is enough.
My biggest pet peeve though is the lack of responsiveness from customer service. There is a glitch in the app that forces you to the bottom of a contract while customizing it so you have to scroll clear back to the top 6 or 7 times just to put in the client’s info. I reached out to them about this in February and they said they were aware of it and would email me when it was resolved and to simply use a computer in the meantime. It’s now June and it still hasn’t been resolved, something that would take a developer 5 minutes of code to fix. This app is supposed to be able to be used on the job site and at people’s homes where we give bids, it needs to be phone-friendly so make those fixes a top-priority.
