I think Snapchat is amazing really but can you people just add a celebration to a year and more streak anniversaries. Just consider it no pressure. Thank you :)

My boyfriend has had snapchat for a few years and when he went on the other night it said he was temporarily banned. They didn’t tell him why and he didn’t do anything to get banned. He clicked that it must be a mistake then snapchat permanently banned him. He emailed asking what happened and they aren’t saying anything. He had snapchat plus on that account which cost money. He’s not getting the money back. This isn’t the first time i’ve known someone who’s had a account locked without getting a explanation.

I do not have any story notifications on. I have tried numerous times with tons of different methods to turn off story notifications, and this garbage app still sends them regardless of my settings. I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE STORY NOTIFICATIONS. Fix your app!

After a bunch of fruitless googling, it seems like my only option to not have "My AI" appear at the top of my friends list is to pay for Snapchat+, at least on iPhone. Let me do this for free. Otherwise, terrible app, 1-star, I don't want to see a robot every time I go on the app 🤌🏻
